Description
Arctic is a 10% niacinamide and 1% zinc PCA serum for oil control. The base excludes ethanol, which is why it does not sting on application — the most common complaint on this category of serum.

How to Use
- Warn the end user that a mild tingle in the first week is normal at 10%
- Check the colour of each batch against the standard; a strong yellow indicates degradation
- Ship below 30 °C and keep the pallet out of a loading-bay sun pocket
Care
- Apply to clean skin before a moisturiser, morning or evening
- Introduce gradually: every other day for the first week
Please Note
- Do not layer with a strong acid in the same routine step
- Discontinue if persistent redness develops
- A batch with a colour reading above the approved standard is out of spec — do not release it
